Dynamic Lighting not in my options

Hey guys, I just purchased a subscription so I could add the dynamic lighting element to by game, as we're going to be doing some more dungeon-like sections in our group soon. I'm frustrated however, as it's not working and I can't do any prep work. I'm just not getting the option to enable it in my maps, old or new. I've tried the basic "off and on again" and it's still a no-go. Can someone help? I don't want to have to cancel right away.
I've just checked my older games and made a new one. All of those have Dynamic Lighting enabled, but not the one I'm actually playing. The only difference I can think of is that I didn't create this campaign, I'm just DMing it. Is there NO way to get around this issue? Because there isn't any point in me having a subsciption if thats the case.
I think the features of dynamic lighting (and such) are attached to the account of the person who creates the campaign. Sounds like the GM is not a subscriber. You can transfer all the stuff to your own account, and run the game from there. That will give you dynamic lighting. You can then have your campaign's GM work with your account.
Or you can persuade him to get a subscription and support Roll20. :-D

That seems like a flaw in the system, surely? I don't want to be rude, but if I'm paying (an admittedly small amount) of money for a feature, it should work as advertised and that issue wasn't highlighted. Regardless, is there way to just change over the Campaign itself to me at all, like you said, rather than need to recreate everything in new campaign and then need to get all my players to rejoin? Because I've put in hours of work as it is and losing all of that would be crushing. It doesn't seem fair to ask him to fork out as well, I was doing this as treat for the group. More over, it's not right that we should be paying double for a service because the service isn't working correctly. Unless it would just work if I gifted the subscription to the other guy?

According to ( Supporter page ) on advance features it specifically states " Advanced Features For you (as GM) and players in your games" so it is working as advertised. Features are tied into individual accounts. The campaign is tied to the original creators account which means that most of the work is not transferable to different accounts. If you are paying per month for your subscription you can cancel your subscription then gift him the monthly cost. If you scroll to the bottom of the supporter page, there is a small FAQ about some of the more common questions. On the very bottom to the right is a method to contact the devs by email (<a href="mailto:Team@roll20.net" rel="nofollow">Team@roll20.net</a>) so you can discuss this with them in more detail then I could.

I'm moving this thread to General on topic as it is not a bug issue.

It might make sense to get the verbiage clarified on that page, this isn't the first time I've seen this misunderstanding. Maybe something like " Advanced Features For you (as GM) and players in games created on your account" or similar.

Fair enough, though not really my point... =D I'm just saying that some people will read that and say " I am GM and I am Subscribe, and these my players in my game, why this no work? " with out considering that the important factor is who created the campaign.

True on that point.
