Character Avatar

I like the avatar system, but i think that will be great if i can use my character avatar on a campaign as my own avatar inside that campaign
That is possible. Just supply the graphic to your GM and they can add it to the campaign map.
He means use his character's avatar in that campaign as the chat avatar in that campaign.
Yes ok. It is not something that is automatic right now, but they are just digits. Put them wherever you want. Cut and paste FTW.
... Digits? No... I believe he's talking about the CHAT AVATARS in the chat log in the campaign. As in use the avatar/portrait from his character journal as the avatar for the chat avatar instead of using the forum avatar.
this appears next to your character name on the in-game chat ... unfitting if you are not a wizard with an AK-47 .... Now if you are, that's another story ...

Rafael, as a workaround, you can change your User Avatar and match it to your character avatar in your account settings.  - Gauss
That takes time to work though. Especially if your campaign is on the dev server.

True, but it does work.  - Gauss
If you use the Gravatar option changes are instant in all locations.
Sorry if i didn't made myself clear in my explanation, i'm learning english. What i'm talking about is something like this: When you log in a campaign as a player and the gm give you the control over a character you can control everything that is linked to this character, if you are not using some video device and if this character have a image related to it, instead of showing the avatar that you choose (a custom picture of gandalf on my case) it will show the picture on that character info. I know this is not something important, but maybe it will help the players imagination if they are seeing the image of the character.
