From your campaign details page click on the link "Looking for Players Listing". Immediately below the "Next Game will be" line is the line for number of players "Total number of players needed"

That should be in the Looking for Players listing. Click the blob of text that says Click to enter number of players needed and it'll turn into a textbox.
