I was actually thinking a similar thing but a good guy/guide that randomly drops in for a couple of sessions. I'm surprised it hasn't caught on as a thing by now.
Maybe I didn't make myself clear enough. I want to be your recurring villain in an ongoing campaign. I can play a persona you have created, or come up with one myself, based on the setting/goals of your group.
