What is the best way to use your own art collections for maps and things?

Wondering what is the best way to use my own collections of maps, tokens, and hand outs?
Just drag them on to the table top to use them :)
When they are in your library, you should tag them to organize them. This way you'll be able to access quickly the maps or tokens you want, by searching for the tag. When playing, I also make an empty "map" with the tokens I intend to use on it. This way, I can copy/paste those I need and they keep their values.
