Players are unable to see pages I create

Hi, I hope this one is obvious. I can create a blank page and draw on it, drag my players onto the page and they see what I drew. When I create a blank page and put purchased artwork on it, they only see a black screen/page. If I upload artwork and load it onto a page, they can see the artwork on the page. So perhaps it is coincidence, but the pages I make using artwork purchased through this site seem to be unusable with my players. Any tips? It has held us up from playing for a month now, I've given up and need some help! Thanks

Sorry to hear about the trouble you're having, Robert. Let me make sure I understand what your problem is. When you're placing artwork from the marketplace you can see it but your players can't? Are you sure the artwork is on the Token/Map layer your players could see it on? What happens when you rejoin the campaign as a player, are you still able to see the artwork? Is this all artwork, just tokens, maps? Every set? What browser are you and your players using?
