What is Mobile Support?

I see under membership, purchasing a monthly sub gains you mobile support but I haven't been able to find anywhere what that means. Would I be able to access every site feature via my iPad?

Mobile support is so that tablets and smart phones ( I think) can access the features of roll20 game boards. It is still does not support all mobile devices but they are working on it. There are bugs and glitches but again that is expected. Some people have posted that they used an ipad and a nexus. I know I have very limited use with my galaxy tab 2 and have not bothered even trying to use it anymore. The dynamic lighting is a very worthwhile perk and I chose to pay a year as a mentor so that I have direct access to the mentor forums and if needed, direct access to the dev team. I have yet to regret the purchase and plan on keeping the subscription. Drop me a pm if you want to ask me more questions or you want to hear more of my opinions on it.
Metroknight gives a pretty good run down, but there's a little bit of official documentation that might be helpful to: http://help.roll20.net/mobile-support/ You don't have access to ALL of the Roll20 features, but the essential tabletop stuff works if I remember correctly. I don't think that video and voice chat does, however, since Roll20 uses both flash and WebRT for their stuff and most mobile browsers have problems with those. Also, I the devs are designing their mobile support for specific mobile browsers rather than as a standalone app. Ipads can use safari and android devices use the mobile chrome browser. I haven't tried it out since the early days of mobile, so I don't have any real advice, I'm afraid.
Well... I'm not sure whether or by it works on the iPhone 5's... It seems even as a mentor supporter I can't even get into games... Kinda bummed out
And that's why... They don't support phones it seems... Just tablets
Thanks for the link. It's good to see exactly what I'd be getting. And thanks all for the info. Sounds like enough support to show map and the like, not serious editing which is to be expected. My impression though is that voice in particular is considered a near must for games, for which tablets will need skype which would limit what games it's be okay to to use a tablet at.
