Hello, There are currently two character sheets available for Numenara. One of them, which I think is more functional and better laid out, is only available in French. Having contacted the author, he told me he couldn't get the English version posted because there already was an English sheet. Does this mean that only the first character sheet posted will ever be available? What is it going to take to get the translated version out there? The original English character sheet has text fields that are too small to fit descriptions of abilities. The French one not only has scroll bars enabled, but allows the text fields to be dragged and expanded. It also allows for easier Tier (leveling up) and equipment tracking (individual fields for each item, instead of one giant box). Other than cosmetic preference (one is tan the other white) it seems like the new one is better in every regard. Since I understand this author is now working on a version for 'The Strange' this will lead to similar trouble. There is already a 'The Strange' character sheet available, but it shares many of the problems of the original Numenera sheet. In fact, it is worse as it does not allow additional fields to be added - if you have more abilities you have to squeeze them into the fields available. I'm only a player in a Numenara game, but I'll be GMing the Strange shortly, so this effects me as well. Is there any way to get the English translation of the French character sheet made available? If only the first character sheet will be available, ever, is there a process in the works for updating out of date ones?
