Ok, I need help Creating a Minotaur who was infected with lycanthropy and became a Werebear. Main problems are the ECL, what would be the Minimal Lv campain i could use him in? and how his classes would look if he was a barbarian. his Base stats are Str:18 Dex:12 Con:14 Int:14 Wis:8 Cha:8 His Equipment is half plate and a great axe, Basicly this It's worth mentioning that this would be for 3.5 Campain
