DM looking for... anything...

I have been Dming for a group of friends for like a year now. It started back last Januaray, i made a FB post about how id like to play some 2ed DnD. Two WoW friends messaged me so i got them, then found 2 players on roll 20. One stayed the whole year, the other slot was rotating people that came and went. Well my wow friends are working 60hr weeks now, the roll20 player is heading off to start 2.5 years of college, and the group i have ran for like 10 months is coming to an end. We had alot of fun, ran 4 seperate 3.5 campaigns. Levels 10/6/17/8 is when they ended respectivly. In any case. all of that is the past now. and over the year i have realized that i really enjoy DMing and running a world for people. Friends are best, but even strangers it could be fun with. So i am here looking for 4 players for something. What i am most comfortable running is 3.0 DnD. I could also run a 2nd ed, though 3.5 is my prefered. The 3.5 system is really adaptable. It is also similar to the Star Wars RPG 3.0 system which i am familar with. I am willing to learn a new system, but the DM should intimatly know the rules of the game and moving outsideof 2/3.5/Star Wars it would be new to me. With that in mind, i have storys and ideas for Low Magic Fantasy, Mid Magic Fantasy, high Magic Fantasy, Sci-Fi, Starwars, Fallout/Wasteland/Apocolypse setting. My gaming history goes back to Duck Hunt when i was 4 sneaking out of naps with my dad. It spans almost every bioware game ever. BG, BG2, NWN, IWD, Planescape, Fallout, Wasteland, and much more. As for my DM Style, i like to run as close to a plot-hole-less story as possible. I like my story to be logical consistant and beleivable. I enjoy granularity to the rules. My goal is to run a fun simulation of reality even if it is just math to figure out an accurate number of days for travel. an example is on foot at marching pace you move 5 miles a day hustling gets you to 7.5 with a con check failure means you exaust yourself move at regular pace and take -1 to most everything until you rest. my issue with many of the newer editions is that they fall prey to the modern day trend of "streamlining" the game. If anyone is looking for a DM to run a system, try a one shot, or maybe DM for you and your 3 other friends, just message me or add treetop_san to your skype and let me know. My avalibility times are 7 days a week, almost any time, EST. It is more about when the group can meet.
I have a group looking for a Shadowrun 5 game on Saturday afternoons, we're basically all new to the system (if not the setting), and would be patient, willing to listen and help learn as a group if you think you might be up for that.
i dont know what Shadowrun 5 is, but i did play the Shadowrun game on Steam and enjoyed it alot. Sounds good to me. Want to chat on skype about it? do you already have a group? i wouldnt mind being a player either if there was already a dm... my group is just ending and this style of gaming is free and fun. way better than regular gaming. it is one of the only things i really look forward to each week.
i should be more clear i feel on what i can provide. ideally a 3.5 based system in a Fantasy/Sci Fi/Wsteland setting done on roll20 with mandatory microphones. Im not reading or typing novels for roleplay. Video is whatever, i use it because i enjoy it and it is sometimes easier to hold something up to the camera or to link a picture, but microphone is mandatory for all gaming. I barley read the text window save for rolls done in it. the ideal size would be 3-4 people. 5-6 or even 7 and higher feel slike too many to manage. i can learn other systems, but i just have no interest in text-based adventures or rp. for a reference of this style of gaming in action, view RollPlay Solum or Swan Song on youtube. i cite them only as examples of people using voice for roleplay purposes.
