First Attempt using Roll20: Marvel Superheroes Nick of Time

&nbsp; &nbsp; Last week some friends and I dusted off an old copy of TSR's pen and paper roleplaying game, "Marvel Superheroes RPG". &nbsp;This was an old role playing game made back in 1982 during the height of TSR's golden years, when Dungeons and Dragons was reaching new heights of popularity. &nbsp; We rolled up characters and started a campaign that should run through the end of May. &nbsp;At any rate, we used Xsplit to record our session, and we used &nbsp;Roll20 to manage the game. &nbsp;We had a great time, and Roll20 was extremely easy to use. The players were all using Roll20 for the first time. &nbsp;They were also the learning the rules of the game for the first time, and both came pretty naturally to them. &nbsp;It didn't take long before they were moving themselves and setting their own initiatives. Back in the early 1980s when this old game came out, I remember thinking, 'If only we had computers that could easily&nbsp;do this!'.. and then we got Roll20. :) Our first session is mainly audio as the characters introduce themselves. &nbsp;The second two sessions show gameplay. Hi folks,&nbsp; I've uploaded the third chapter of our ongoing Roll20 Superheroes session. &nbsp;A big drawn-out battle that is pretty entertaining to see how creative the players are becoming with their powers. &nbsp;They are definitely learning how to work as a team, and mysteries continue to unfold around them. &nbsp;I'm also figuring out how helpful Roll20 is in terms of adding to the experience: &nbsp;Adding images of people they meet, even adding youtube video to show the bad guy (as you see in session 1). &nbsp; Definitely starting to enjoy some of the additional features of Roll20. Our last session will be this Tuesday - whether they save the world or even survive has yet to be determined.
