Multiple images for tokens.

Right now, I am playing with two characters who have abilities that alter their appearance in some way: A Warforged Barbarian and a Hellreaver. Here are their tokens: However, they don't always look like this. The barbarian has a rage ability and the Hellreaver has a divine wrath ability, which empowers them for a certain number of rounds, and I made tokens to represent this: The problem is that there is no fluid way of transitioning between the two. My suggestion is that in the token itself, you can set an alternate appearance (or even multiple) and you simply select which one the token is using. This would be useful for FAR more than just rage abilities, however: Druids have multiple wild-shapes, Werewolves are a thing, Succubi often disguise themselves as regular humans. Or the Big Bad could be a guy in a cloak and you can't see his face, and he throws the cloak off, and GASP! It was the apple cart vendor all along! There would be a lot of applications for this, but at the moment, the only way to do something like this is the very tedious process of actually making a second token and switching them out.

You can use a rollable table for this already. There could definitely be some nicer interfaces to it, and I'm in favor of adding to the interface, but if you want to do it now, try a rollable table token: From https://wiki.roll20.net/Card_Decks_and_Rollable_Ta... If you have assigned icons to the items in your table, the table can also be used as a token. To do so, click the "Token" button in the list of rollable tables. Each click will generate a token on the table. Right clicking on that token you will see an option for "Multi-Sided." From here you can either select "Random Side" to generate a roll of this token OR select "Choose Side" to have this token show a specific image on the board.
