Yes, but only by copy and pasting the picture into the journal I believe. Been awhile since I did it though, so I am not entirely positive it still works.

Thanks! It worked when I uploaded each icon into a separate journal page and then copied them from there into the legend page. Didn't seem to work when i tried to copy straight from my computer.

You can also right click on the image in your art library sidebar and hit copy.
