Looking for Four Players: AD&D 2e Dark Sun or Planescape Campaign

Hey Roll20. I'm a DM who is looking for about four players for either a Planescape or Dark Sun campaign using the AD&D 2e ruleset. It will be up to the group to decide which campaign setting we do decide to play in. This is because, I have campaign ideas for both, and I would enjoy running either one. You do not need to know these setting very well to join this campaign. However, I do expect you to make an effort in learning more about the setting. I'm more than willing to send you pdf's of the books if you need them. The same goes for the rules. You do not need to know the AD&D 2e rules very well, but please make an effort in actually learning the rules. Explaining the rules while playing isn't fun for anyone. The campaign will most likely be weekly, and take place either on Friday or on the weekends. Depending on convenience, we will decide what time works best for the group within this timespan. The campaign will rely heavily on actual roleplaying. If you want to join a campaign just to min-max and get sick loot... then this isn't the campaign for you. The same goes for rule snobs, the only thing worst than someone who doesn't know the rules is someone who bickers about the rules. There isn't anything wrong with questioning. However, trying to overturn a campaign with your own theory about the rules is not okay. If you are interested in joining pleased either send me a message, or post within this thread. Also, please say if you would be more interested in either a Planescape or Dark Sun campaign. If you have any questions please ask. I look forward to hopefully starting a memorable campaign with fun and interesting people. Also, here are some links to more information about the two campaign settings if you do not know anything about either. I know u said most likely weekly but if it was bi weekly on Fridays i would be down for some Dark Sun.
I'm fine with bi-weekly, but I would prefer weekly for continuities sake.
I would love to play if It doesn't clash with the other game I'm playing right now, (I'm playing an elf wizard on another AND 2nd edition game), are you planning on using skype? if yes then let me add you on skype so we can talk details please :).

I'm heavily interested in Dark Sun personally, Fridays and weekends are all good times for me as well. 2e isn't completely unknown to me rules wise but never having played a 2e game I've never been able to put my knowledge into practice.
For all those who posted on this thread or messaged me, I will be setting up a Skype group chat so we can have more efficient conversations. My Skype name is dev824804, if you are still interested please contact me there. Although, there is one more thing I should be very clear about. My personal Roll20 experience has been hazy at best. I have been a part of more campaigns that dissolved apart then I can honestly count. Because of this, I want to ensure that the people that do join my campaign are dedicated to actually coming to the allotted times, and staying for the amount of time that we agreed upon. I know that I might be sounding very strict, but like I said, I have been a part of too many failed Roll20 games. I just want to ensure that this one doesn't fail as well. One more thing, you must have a quality mic, be able to speak fluent and understandable English, and you must be in a area where there won't be too much background noise from other people. I've had one too many games where someone had a screaming child in the background. If this still works for you, I hope you do contact me on Skype so we can continue talking about creating a fun, and enjoyable campaign.
