Attach player tokens to the 'players' ribbon

I am not sure if I am the only one fiddling with this every time I play.
But I would love if we could somehow attach tokens to the red 'players' ribbon.
So that when I move the ribbon to the next map page all the attached tokens will automatically get removed from the previous map and copied over to the new page. (With all their stats/bars in the same values as they were when I moved the ribbon).

Edit: Maybe allow the DM to put a marker or pin down on the GM layer where the tokens will get pasted in on the new map and have the map automatically center on the tokens as it loads for the players.

This is a great idea. Or at least save all the data on the tokens so if added to the new page it doesn't get all erased.

It's a good suggestion. Your suggestion is still very valid but there is a current way to accomplish moving the tokens without losing the values, so I want to state the method in case anyone who sees this thread doesn't know:
1. GM highlight the tokens, press "Copy" (control-C or command-C)
2. GM move the players ribbon to the new map & move the GM view to that new map.
3. GM press "Paste" (control-V or command-V). This brings the tokens over with the status markers intact.

So, it's great that you can do this, but isn't it kind of silly that you have to do this?

Hey GMs, here's this really important activity that you do all of the time. We're not going to give you any intuitive UI, just use this magic copy-paste.

And while I understand the goal of Roll20 is to provide the basic tooling, at some point doesn't it seem like we can do a little better than this?
