Hello Everyone, I am a novice at tabletop RPG gaming. I have been following the Acquisitions Incorporated Podcasts and I am interested in playing D&D 5E. I have joined a few one shot games and I am currently enrolled in a weekly campaign. I have lots of free time though and would like to play more. I have played a range of characters and my favorite is life domain cleric. I also enjoy Protection Fighters. I have posted a little about me below. If you think I might be a good fit for your group send me a PM and I will get you my skype or whatever else you might want for an interview. I look forward to getting to know all of you and making some friends along the way. About Me: 32 years old Male Live in AZ, USA Easygoing Dependable and Punctual Quick Learner Very Flexible schedule Comfortable with skype, google+, etc. and have a stable internet connection I prefer voice games Have a great day and happy gaming, Varmoss

Well I I'm currently looking for players for two campaigns on weekends. Sadly those groups are playing pathfinder and 13th age not 5th Ed. I do happen to have the GM of my 5th Ed game as player in those campaigns so it would be a solid way to meet him though. Networking is useful tool in online roleplaying. Both systems I mentioned have online resources avalibe for free legally, so if you don't have books no worry. The application process can be found in the link below.
Hi Niall, I really appreciate your response. I don't know much about pathfinder or 13th age. Right now I have a burning urge to play D&D 5E and I don't think I could put my heart into anything else. If that changes I hope we can group together in the future. Have a great weekend and I hope your group has lots of fun today!

Heya Varmoss. I'm a player in a 5e campaign and we seem to be down a player. The campaign, if you're interested, is text-only, so you don't have to worry about camera/mic issues. If you're still interested, it's a homebrew setting, and it's a fun party of an ex-pirate barbarian, a quiet, pragmatic drow rogue, a half-drow alcoholic barbarian, a studious warlock of a Great Old One, and a naive wood elf ranger not familiar with civilization. If you want to apply, post a character sheet and backstory here: http://storyrp.freeforums.net/board/3/character-cr... A few tips: Make your character unusual in an enjoyable way. Whether he/she is a reformed cultist turned priest, or a fighter with unusual smarts, try to write a backstory that's suitable for a low-level character; this means your character has not single-handedly changed the tide of a great battle, or slain a dragon, or discovered some tremendous power. It means your character is a believable person that could reasonably be expected to exist in a fantasy setting as a starting adventurer of whatever class. Also, read some of the roleplay threads to get an idea of what we've been up to since September. If you're interested, say so, I'll put in a word for you to the DM (hi Corey), and you can apply whenever.

Hi Lloyd. Thank you so much for the offer. Your game sounds very interesting. As a personal preference though, I prefer voice games versus text games. Sorry it was my screw up for saying text in my OP. I will update my post to avoid any future mis-communications. Have a great game and enjoy the rest of your weekend!
