I'm having trouble deleting old unused assets that I uploaded that are just taking up space. Apparently when I first got my account I just uploaded a ridiculous amount of tokens and tiles and such and I haven't used any of them. All the assets I've used have been uploaded much later. I don't even remember uploading most of it there is so much there. PROBLEM: I've spent the last 4 hours attempting to delete the assets from my library. I counted only 55 uploaded assets that are "in use" and count towards my storage limit. My storage usage HAS significantly decreased (from roughly 500 MB to 112 MB), but for some reason my assets that I select for deletion are still there... or at least some of them are, even though they "delete" off the page while I'm in the asset library. ACTION TAKEN: After the first time I went through EVERYTHING, deleting unused assets I uploaded that counted towards my storage limit, I cut down my usage by about half and I thought that was still high, so I went back to my library page and scrolled (and scrolled and scrolled and scrolled) and then I found from one point on through the end of the list NOTHING had been deleted (anything I deleted above that point in the list WAS deleted). So I went through and deleted all unused assets (that counted towards my limit) again, logged off, took a break and came back. When I checked this time, more were deleted, but again, after the SAME SPOT in the list of assets the majority of them were not deleted. I'm not talking about 3-4 tokens. I'm talking hundreds. So I went through the list a fourth time and deleted everything that was still lingering. I have just started repeating this process for the 5th time , and so I decided to report it in case this is a problem for anyone other than me. I'm not pressed for the storage space right now, so this is not imperative for me personally, but the library organization is frustrating at best (not complaining, I love you guys) and already takes forever to do anything if you are going through as many assets as I am. I have learned the lesson of tagging a little late, but I'm working on that now (if I can just get rid of the clutter). If I try to delete more than about 3-6 assets at a time the browser seems to time out and I get the following error: I'll click "OK" and then deselect and reselect one of the assets I'm trying to delete to bring back up the "With Selected Assets" box and then click delete selected again, confirm deletion again. Some times the assets "go away" after the second time I Delete Selected. If I have more than 3-6 selected the above pictured error message may pop up 3 - 4 times before the assets "disappear" from the current screen. I say "go away" and "disappear" here because they do indeed SEEM to "Delete" as they should. But so far, each time I exit my browser and bring it back up, log back into Roll20, and check the library, THE DELETED STILL LIVE!!! Sounds like the kind of stuff programmers might have in their nightmares... I'm no programmer, but can I make a "Turn Undead-Asset" roll or something? I'm using Windows 7 Pro 64 bit, Chrome Version 39.0.2171.71 m, 34.6 mbps down/4.25mbs up internet connection (assuming that speed test site is accurate). Thanks folks!
