can't delete chat history

On my <Taladas Campaign> campaign, I can't delete the chat history from the Details section in Campaign Tools. The problem has persisted for a while now, though in the past it used to work as planned. The rest of my campaigns it works normally. The problem reproduces every time I hit <Clear Chat Archive> & <Yes, Clear Chat> . A few seconds pass and then the error message pops up: <General connecticity error. Please try again.> (see screenshot) Already tried steps of Solving Technical Issues. Win XP SP3, Firefox 33.1 & Google Chrome 39.0.2171.71 m (both same error), Java Version 7 Update 71, Flash version 15.0.0.239 Thanks in advance! -Angelos

DM Devil, I cleared out your chat log. I'm going to close this report but please let us know if that problem reoccurs.

Unfortunately the problem persists in the campaign, though the chat was cleared as you said, I can't clear it myself (apart from the in-game <Clear Current Chat Log> which only works for the GM, I believe). Thus, I copied the campaign to a new one (with all handouts, macros etc, excluding the campaign chat), renamed it as the original, and tried to Clear Chat Archive and worked perfectly . I'm going to be using the new one and leave the old campaign as a backup. Thanks for your help, and thanks for roll20 in general! -Angelos
