Not All Players Showing for " Can Be Edited & Controlled By "

I made character sheets for everyone in my group, however when I go to give permissions for different sheets, not all my players are showing up as an option. When I type their name it says no match. Is this because I have too many players in my group and it's randomly choosing which ones are designated in the game?

The most common reason for this is when they are members of your campaign, but, they have never actually clicked "Join Game". Ask those Players to click "Join Game" and enter the game table once. That will register them for the GM assigning sheets and such.
