***Current as of 12/1/2014*** General Status This is a general information thread about the current state of the game. We are seeking a few new players to supplement the core regulars, and I'm opening up recruitment again. The average level of our current group is about level 5. New players coming in will start at level 1 but should expect to almost reach level 3 after the first adventure. Status of Game Systems This section will help set expectations for players about the content of the game. The different areas of development show whether I may try and put off that area of the game until the next session or try to move through it. The more prepared I am with a system, area, adventure, or set of rules, the quicker I will be able to move the players through the content or situation. This section isn't about limiting what players are able to do, its primary purpose is to help me keep track of what I still need to work on. If players want to do something that I don't feel comfortable with yet, we can take a break during the game and I can try to come up with a way of resolving it, or we can put it off until the next game. Players are encouraged to tell me what the group is interested in doing the following session so I can best prepare. Below is a quick break-down of the different progress statuses: In-Development (Non-Functional): I have no preparation for this area of the game. I will probably require a break to figure things out. In-Development (Functional): I have some idea or basis about how things will work, maybe even a rough outline. I will probably still need time to reread rules or figure out how to do something, but it can definitely be done that session. Completed: I have an organized set of notes about the system, and will usually be able to move through the material quickly. Odd stuff will sometimes still stump me, and further optimizations are usually needed. Optimized: I have created charts, tables, and quick cheat sheets on the system, allowing me to move through the content with barely any interruption.
