Upload Character sheets

Currently, I see no way of making a character sheet and uploading it so that the game recognizes it and puts the right info in the right spots. I use the Wizards of the Coast DND Character builder, for example, and it makes .dnd4e saves of them. I would love to be able to take these and upload them to use right away rather than having to copy/change all the info by hand just to level a character. Conversely, perhaps an option to download a character's sheet to make changes easily might be a thing?
