Shadowrun 5e

I just recently got into shadowrun and I'm GM'ing one game. But I'd really like to find one to play as a hacker because the matrix aspect is the most confusing part to me and I'd like to actually play one to try and get a better understanding of what you can and can't do.
Don't want to derail if this isn't info you want, but when I GM Shadowrun, I ban deckers and Technomancers. I want the group to have fun not come to a full stop while 1 dude spends an hour soloing the matrix. So, I have the party hire a decker then I handwave the whole thing. Hope this helps. (Read your lfg post before I saw this)
From what I've read, that was really only a problem in the earlier editions. In 5th edition the role of hacker seems pretty integral in combat and any sort of problem solving they need to do.
I'll play some shadowrun 5. As for hackers, they are kind of single side adventures when their big role does happen. They have some debuffs to do in combat but getting the marksnecessary takes two or three successive rolls before they can do something. In 3 or 4 initiatives you can do a lot more damage with a shotgun then lockng down a samurai's augs.
Also the Sam will target the decker and gakk him
For some context I should mention that this is a Premade Shadowrun adventure so the Decking parts are prebuilt in and really can't be removed. Also the Decker will mostly be operating from the Rigger Van so damage to him really isn't an issue anyway.

Also this thread has been pretty heavily derailed and so I would like to direct any prospective Decker/Technomancers to the recruitment page *Update, Decker Found thank you all for your applications!
To be fair, hacking takes as much time and is as isolated as you want it to be. In every scene, every character should have a part to play and valid actions they can make. Every runner is expected to know how to fight, so why shouldn't they also be expected to take part in Matrix actions? I could also say the same thing (hour+ solo acts) about combat characters. The key should be to bring everyone into the game, not build aspects that isolate players.
