Need to be Able to Remove Players from Campaigns a Priority!

I hope this can be resolved, even if it would involve Copying a Campaign, the ability to remove Players is a must. If there is a way to do this now and I was too dumb to figure it out then sorry for the post, if not PLEASE MAKE THIS A PRIORITY. Thank you.
For the time being, here is a work-around. • Go to "My campaigns", e.g. by clicking "Back to Roll20" near the top right of any discussion page. • Click on "view details" under the campaign that you need to deal with. • Click on "copy/extend campaign" • Under "copy from this campaign" click to remove the check beside "Players & Player Settings (including Macros)" • Click "I'm ready, create campaign" • Then go into the new campaign, copy its player link from the chat pane, and send it to the players you want to keep. This has problems: the players won't be happy about having to re-build their macros. But it is the best trick I know using the tools we have at the moment.
Tried that didn't work.
I complete overhaul to how campaigns are created and managed, is in the works.
@ Jeff Fisher In what way did it fail? Did you not get a new campaign? Did you get a new campaign but the unwanted player was still in it? Was the unwanted player able to log in to the new campaign with an old players' link? Did somebody leak the new player link to the unwanted player?
I copied my Campaign I checked the correct boxes, it cleared the chat log but not the player list.
Tried this work around again and YES it does work, thank you.
