teach me

hi there i am new to D&D and would love to learn i bought the 4th edition books so was thinking learning that but i am up to learning other edition's. if there is anyone that would be free a day to teach me or teach a group please let me know thank you :)

What time zone are you in? I'm not ready to teach anyone but it helps people if they know what time is good for you to learn.

It's ok. I live in central time zone and welcome to the community. You can use the looking for games search at the top of the page and you can take a look in the looking for a group forum also. Once finals have finished I might have time to start another game for beginners but I won't announce it till I know for sure.

ok yea my finals are next week so after that Tuesday to Thursday i know i will be free 

My last two classes are thursday and tuesday then I'm done till summer sememter starts.

well i am skipping summer so i will be free those day till autumn semester 

I can't since I'm in a WIA program. Have to go full time year round.

oh yea i am taking my time for couple of years  then going full time but i really want to learn how to play lol been kinda reading the 4th edition players guide

Thats the rough part. I don't run or play 4e. I use a different system called BFRPG. It is a very simple system to learn. Not complicated at all. The cool thing also it that it is a free system and it supported also. Right now I'm building handouts and such for my game so that all the needed info is in the game itself. I already have an adventure mostly worked out.

sweet sounds interesting would love to learn it but still hope to learn the 4th edition D&D lol
