Meters with values over maximum value can be very long

Steps to Reproduce the Problem Set up a token with a bar with a current value and a maximum value (like 10 and 20) Set the current value to 3x the maximum value, like 60. Set the bar to be visible. I'd like to add to this bug that the token markers (the colored circles) do the same thing: the last marker sits outside the token's area no matter the number of markers currently displayed, making it seem like the next token over (if there is one there) has the marker on it.
