Running my first game of Marvel Heroic RPG could use some pointers

I'm running the breakout and savage land because I haven't scrounged up the cash for civil war yet and was wondering if anyone had some good maps for the game. I have yet to find a good one for the raft. While this game is abstracted I would like to have some sort of visuals for the players. I was going to use the three bars to represent the three types of stress, but that leaves the problem of complications, assets, and resources. I was wondering how people have handled complications, assets, and resources. Also I'm planning on Macroing the Doom Pool but I need the players to know what is in it as well. in addition to this there is also the problem of keeping track of plot points. I was thinking about either updating the NPC sheet for the character, but that detracts from the game because the players have to search through chat or the NPC group. Perhaps just make a group of tokens off the edge of the map and create tokens representing each die type but using a different color die for each type and the doom pool, but this creates the problem of having multiple tokens representing the same thing...any suggestions?
Well I figured that I'd Just have to make a bunch of things and put them in the background as a map potion above the actual maps. Here's the first one. This is for the Doom Pool. I'll be posting the rest of the setup later. The next thing I'm gonna need is the Dice images.
For plot points and the like, I'd just use little gem-tokens to give to players. I'd post of picture of the ones I use, but I'm at work at the moment.
