Is there a way to add a token to the initiative list using the API?   I had thought we might be able to set the turnorder element on the campaign, but I realised that's readonly.  I remain optimistic nonetheless.

Well... that sucks. Tackling initiative stuff was going to be my next script. Hopefully Riley will open all that up to us.
