Achievements Not Appearing

I am a bit confused by my profile page. It lists a few people that I've "played with recently" that I did not play with recently and it lists none of the achievements that come up when I hover over my small avatar. I don't know if the fact that I've only played on the Dev server affects this.

Who is on that list that you don't think you've played with? And which achievements do you think are not showing up, and where are you seeing those?

When I mouse over my avatar in the game I am in ( <a href="https://app.roll20dev.net/campaigns/details/33008" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20dev.net/campaigns/details/33008</a>)... on the dev server achievements show up in the pop up, though they are not there when I click on the avatar and go to my profile. And I have Zeigus, Tnemmoc, Joker and Kuriin on my list of recently played with. I don't recognize any of those individuals.
