Hi Mark. Dumb question on my part, are logged in as the GM or a player?
I am logged in as gm , I think , is there a way to change that ? I did try it on my laptop using internet explorer, it showed up there, but I just tried now on chrome which I have been using and its not...:P
I'm sorry you're having trouble with the site. Can you please follow Steps 1-3 of our Solving Technical Issues wiki page, taking special care to temporarily disable all browser add-ons and extensions, temporarily pause your anti-virus, and try switching browsers (for Chrome/Firefox specific issues) to see if one of those components is causing the problem. If all of that fails, please follow Step 4 , including providing all of the necessary information, so that we can further assist you.
I am technologically inept , I don't know how to disable ad-dons , but I did try Internet explorer on another machine and it worked, I can try Internet explorer on this one to make sure.
I just tested Internet explorer on my desktop and the icon is there. so it must be a problem with chrome

Mark, the guide Sarah provided has step by step instructions on how to disable your add-ons, including disabling other things that might be causing your issue. If you would please review them and provide a console log (also described in the link) so that way we can look under the hood of your problem.
small success , thanks Sarah and Steve , It helps to read things :) , I cleared my data and disabled my Norton firewall temporarily the icon is back , now I guess I need to re inable the firewall and cross my fingers.
by console log I am guessing you need this ? Web Browser = Google Chrome Browser Version= how do I find that ? Operating System = windows 7 If Javascript is enabled = I think so , how do I tell ? Your anti-virus software norton internet security I disabled all the norton extensions it seems to work fine now.

If it's your Norton that's causing the problem you need to find out how to white list (put on a list of sites Norton trusts) Roll20 so that it stops causing the issue.
