This particle system allows for the creation of matter. Parts of it can be converted with enough energy into anything desired. People use this material to solve many of the worlds problems. Within a few decades, industry is eco-friendly, cures for cancer and other diseases are found, and the quality of life goes up. Teleportation is invented. Something goes wrong after a while. Demons use the teleporters to invade the world and begin assaulting on all fronts. The game is very open-ended. Depending on the playstyle of the group, it can be treated as a hardcore survival experience or a story driven vignette. You will take on the role of someone who is trapped in New York City when the invasion occurs. What you do there is up to you. The game has no classes, instead the actual game system is based somewhat on skills much like Call of Cthulhu and is also a d100 game system. Instead of classes there are factions in the world that offer their own unique gear, unique missions, and unique feats in the form of perks. I felt a bit ambivalent about telling you this.
