Make the mobile version availabe on desktoptouch features

I own a touch-enabled monitor and would like to make use of touch features already availabe on the tablet-version of the website. I can "fake" my device to be a tablet but could you provide a simple switch for using the features? edit: the title kinda got screwed :(
