Looking for Dungeon Master Mentor.

So I've been playing Pathfinder and D&D 3.5 for about 2 years off and on now, and due to several failed groups in the past, I'm looking for a veteran Dungeon Master that is willing to take a newbie under their wing, as one would say. Though I prefer to play under the systems of 3.5 and Pathfinder, I have also found myself curious to experience the books from White Wolf as well as Call of Cthulhu. I also am looking for a DM that may understand the Roll20 user interface a little better than myself. I know that most DMs are self taught but I feel I need assistance as to strategies an experienced DM would undertake when it comes to running both Homebrew and Moduled adventures.
