THE DELVE: SMELLS LIKE TEAN'S SPIRIT The shadow orcs of Driagor crush the goblin horde, even as they celebrate their conquest of the kobolds of the Scattered Scale. The Undercity of Kaun - known by brave and foolhardy men who plumb its depths as The Delve - is a war zone as monstrous warriors vie for dominance. All the realms of men can do is get out of the way, ceding ever more territory to the forces of evil. It is an Age of Darkness. That the shadow orcs will be successful in their crusade is certain. All that remains before the civilized races abandon the Valley of the True is to recover the spirit-fragments of the Archmage Gulliver Tean. The alacrity of the orcish invasion of The Delve has complicated matters and now these vital relics are deep inside hostile territory. With these spirit-fragments, Tean can be revived and may help turn the tide of destiny. Without them, humanity may very well face - no doubt after many decades of misery and genocide - total annihilation. Enter the heroes. This is my take on the ubiquitous 4e dungeon delve. Experienced 4e players preferred, as are players who've made it through some of my scenarios before. Four players needed. If you're interested, post as such and you'll receive an invite. In the campaign forums, there are further instructions. Saturday, May 4th, 8:00 PM Eastern. D&D 4e, 2nd-level, one-shot (all Character Builder legal options permitted, one 3rd, 2nd, and 1st-level item plus 360 gp, limited one rare and two consumables).
