The regiment was already created so you really just need to be willing to play and able to make a character. How long would sessions go on for? I'm getting the core rules soon and wouldn't mind a game, but I work on Wednesdays and my shifts have an odd habit of changing without my knowledge. Like Star, I'm GMT+0, but stay up fairly late, and my shifts only go as late as 8 in the evening.
