🍵 What is a cleric’s favorite hot drink? Divini-tea. 🍵
Hey I was wondering if anyone else is having issues with the call of cthulhu chatacter sheets? I can add stats, but background details, equipment, etc won't save after details have been added. Any help would be much appreciated.
Hi Joe. I can verify that I have the same issues with the text fields not saving their data. Maybe someone with the proper htm/css skills could have a quick look at the htm on Github Call_of_Cthulhu_7th_Ed I believe the background details(text boxes) on the bottom of the sheet needs to have something like <input type ="text" name="attr_Personal_Description"> tags in order to create the attribute in question... Anyone care to comment? I know just enough htm to get a headache.
I am not an expert, but I made changes to my local sheet's htm by adding the name attribute i.e., <textarea name="attr_NewAttribute" > and now those sections of the sheet that weren't working now save correctly since an attribute is being created. I'm not sure how to get this updated htm to GitHub or contact the original creator so that he can update... If you were a Mentor Joe, I could just give you a copy of the sheets htm with my fixes.
OK, I've just setup a Github account and all that goes with that... I've made a Pull request for the changes needed on the CoC 7th ed sheet. This is all new to me, so I may have just summoned one of the Great Old Ones .
Congrats on bumping to Mentor. PM sent with link to the fixed htm/css. Depending on if and when my pull request gets accepted, the community's CoC 7th ed sheet should get the update.
