In my game, 6 persons joined the game. Only 4 players and the Gm are listed In the character field "Can be edited and controlled by". Is there a delay or a maximum number of person in a game ? 3 hours later, he is still not in the list. We are going to be 6 players and a Gm, so another one should join us.

Did they actually join the campaign? as in join the tabletop, or only join the link given. If they didn't actually join at least once by going into game where you see the chat and such, they wont show up as players.

To show up in the character list, the players would have to enter the actual game board. Think of it as a double confirm op in. They accept the link to get into the campaign but they then have to enter the game itself to be registered as an active player.
