I have a short one-shot of my own design prepped and ready, I just need 3-4 more players to give it a whirl. Most of my experience DMing has been with friends who didn't mind when I screwed up, so please bear with me. As for what to expect, it is almost entirely a dungeon crawl designed to be both challenging and dangerous. Expect secret doors and deadly traps all over the place.
