Possible Change To Turn Order Display

I use 2 x 24" monitors while gaming so I have quite a bit of space. Unfortuntately some of my players are on much smaller monitors so screen real estate in Roll20 is at a premium. Would it be possible to have the current Turn Order entry and the advancement arrow button show at the top of the screen much like the macro bar appears at the bottom? That way, once your turn order is setup you can close the window and just advance from one turn to the next.

+1 Having the turn order, chat (to view rolls), and a monster sheet or two open all at once makes it very difficult to keep an eye on the tokens if you don't have a larger screen.
