Joining a game crashes my Mac entirely

I've been using this site to play Pathfinder for probably a year now. Out of the blue tonight, joining my usual game makes my screen go grey and I get an error message telling me to force-restart my computer by holding down the power key. I'm using an older Apple iMac (the flat kind, not the round kind), Mac OS X 10.6.8, and Firefox 34.0.5.

I'm sorry you're having trouble with the site. I'm moving your post to the Bug Forum where you can get further assistance. Is this happening with Chrome as well?
I haven't downloaded Chrome yet to try it out, but I will later.

Also is this happening at any other time or only when loading the Roll20 app?
Just tried Chrome. It doesn't crash in Chrome, but also I remembered my previous fix when this problem happened month ago: I downloaded Firefox 24 and now I'm in the game. Apparently something they updated makes certain webpages crash the computer.
I've had this happen when loading pages that use HTML5.

Does the newest version of FF cause issues on other sites or only Roll20?
I'm not sure what specific sites, but I've had the same thing happen with sites using HTML5. Roll20 crashed four times. Twice right after I clicked 'join game', the other time I got to the loading screen, and the last time the chat almost loaded before everything went grey.
