Hi there,

I was wondering if it possible for players to update their journal I have given them access to: Character sheets etc. While the game is not running? I would find this really useful so that they can do their own editing/leveling up and so forth when then game is on some downtime.

Is it possible?

Players can always log in to roll20 and enter the campaign even when the DM isn't there.

Hi Pord. Players with the appropriate view/edit settings for a handout can view them with External Journal access (Mentor benefit), but not edit. :-(

They can log into your campaign and view and edit without the gm however.
