I can't load a player into my game

I cannot load a player into my game. Tell the player Patches to click "Join Game" on the campaign details page. Each player must enter the actual game table once, in order to appear on the drop-downs for journals etc. Even if they are a member of the campaign group they still need to enter the actual game table once. That is usually the solution when someone asks this. If that doesn't resolve it, please reply again.
