This may be obvious, but when we get the ability to create tables we could then write a script to give to other users that would create a bunch of tables for them so they don't have to go through it all themselves. You could even write a script right now that backs up all your tables to one of the text fields somewhere and then the user simply copies them and saves them as a text file. WHen we have the creation ability then the user would be able to copy tables from one campaign to another in effect. Edit: I meant to say Decks and Rollable Tables in the subject. Although Decks and Rollable tables with graphics you wouldn't be able to back up (export/import), but you could at least setup them for the user and then they have to manually put the graphics where they should be.
