Fixing the grid problem

Roll20 should look for obvious straight lines(as in another grid) in the picture and resize the picture to make the straight lines(as in another grid) to fit the roll20 grid.
I agree, the first map I tested out - I couldn't zoom in far enough to line the gridlines up with the map's lines. Even being able to set the gridlines manually would be helpful.

You could just count the number of squares on your map and make a Roll20 map of the same size. This way you just have to line your bottom right corner with the bottom right corner of the Roll20 map.
