not hearing players

i am using an up to date chrome with windows 7 i cannot hear the other players in the website call thingy, but i can hear the bleeps of the chat room

Go into the options tab, scroll to the bottom, and make sure that the settings allow you to receive voice. If that fails, check the wires for your speaker/headphones. My 3.5mm port for my laptop is borked, meaning I have to wiggle it slightly to find the sweet spot to make sure I'm getting all the sound I should be getting.

If that fails, make sure you don't have anything blocking scripts for the page. And when in doubt follow these three steps: Reload the page, does it work? Restart the browser, does it work? Restart the machine, does it work NOW?
