What do the people want?

Hi. My name is Lou and I am a Tabletop fanatic. Folks, what kind of games do YOU want to see played here? We have alot of DnD and Pathfinder. Quite a few GURPS and AFMBE. But is there a system you would like to see more of? Maybe a genre you would like to play more? Me? I would love to get into a Cthulhutech game. Or just mecha in general.

There is a battletech or two game out there and I think there is a mechwarrior game also. I've seen some cthulhu games but no cthulhutech games (which is what? Modern ?Steampunk?).
Somebody running the Grand Pendragon Campaign would be pretty sweet to see. Even if I wouldn't be able to participate. WEG's D6 Star Wars would be nice to see as well, but that's probably just nostalgia talking.

I played in one that was short lived and it worked great. I had to leave it due to real life. I noticed there is one or two of them being advertised also in the LFG forum.

It sounds odd for game that is supposed to be human limitations vs. horrors from underneath the sea and beyond the stars, but trust me: it works. (Especially if you are planning to run a Neon Genesis Evangelion-style game).
More D&D 4e one-shots (four hours or so) would be sweet. I'd like to see more of the *World games being offered (Apocalypse World, Dungeon World, Star Wars World, etc.). These are great for pick-up games. As well, I'd like to get into some Marvel Heroic RPG, provided The Watcher doesn't have a lot of weird hang-ups about particular superheroes or "alternate timelines" that screw with the basic assumptions the players might have about their favorite characters.

I will probably post up a limited run fantasy game since I will be out of school for a couple weeks before summer semester starts.
A second shout for Pendragon, especially the Grand Campaign. That's like the Holy Grail of campaigns (sorry!). I'd love to see some Traveller, Warhammer FRP, Eclipse Phase or Ars Magica games. Mainly I'd like too see more one-shot games running midweek.

"If you want something, you have to do it yourself." I'm more into science-fiction RPGs, but all I see are Pathfinder and D&D 4.0 and 3.5 advertised. Haven't gamed in a while; this Pathfinder and its rise in popularity took me by surprise. I'm stuck back at AD&D 2nd-ed. when we CALLED it *A*D&D. I owned the "Other" D&D also, which ended up getting somewhat advanced after 5 boxes and the Known World supplements, but nobody will understand what I'm talking about now. I'd like to see a tally available on Roll20 of just what are the game-systems advertised by game masters to play. I'd also like to see a good example of a boardgame with all its cards scanned up, and its exotic dice if necessary stored as rollable tables with their die-faces as scanned images. I might do the effort for a delightful boardgame called ELDER SIGN. If the images can't be transmitted to the players, only viewed during play, does that violate any copyright issues? I don't think so. Novus, I ordered TRAVELLER 5th-edition (Far Future Enterprises, apparently all hand-boxed by Marc Miller his own self) but it will be slow in coming. A 656-page behemoth of a rulebook. Anybody on Roll20 who mentions interest in science-fiction games I will consider a precious resource.
I'm thinking of setting up some miniatures games like Tomorrow's War or any of the Two Hour Wargames (All Thing Zombie, Chain Reaction, etc...) Maybe even Tractics or Command Decsion.
Pierre, Hell yeah. I've been DYING to try out "Traveller" (I'm a Polygamer, but I love me some sci-fi). Hit me up if you get a session running.
I am not too big a fan of fantasy, i like Sci-Fi games, if i am plying fantasy I like it to be as realistic as possible with only a touch of magic, and magic is not to much more powerful than a warrior, not 1 wizard can take a whole army in 1 spell or summon an army twice the size the one you got in an hour.
becouse face it, woth the fantasy games here magic is just like why would you do anything else when i comes to fantasy.
Bellyboy, Sounds like you would be a fan of the "Game of Thrones" rpg.
More Vampire 20th edition!
Battle Stations! THAT would be an interesting challenge to bring to life via Roll20! Strange Aeons from Uncle Mike's Worldwide... Savage Worlds, especially Tour of Darkness.
Cthulhu Tech sounds awesome. I too have little interest in DnD style fantasy. As Thomas says above...Strange Aeons! We tried and it's frickin' great on R20. Cthulhu! Considering Ringworld... An yes...Any Savage Worlds!

I'd be interested to hear your opinion on T5 as I've heard mixed reports. It certainly looks like a nice package from what I've seen, although the lack of an appendix for such a big book is a concern. I recently bought into Mongoose Traveller but haven't had any time to do more than skim the rules and roll up a test character. At first glance it seems to have nailed that classic Traveller feel.
