Force Player Refresh Option for GMs

During a long play session, sync issues start to arise where the players do not see tokens in the same place as the GM, or SoundCloud stops working for some players. In general a hard refresh (F5) will globally fix this, but it is frustrating and immersion-breaking to have to ask players to refresh every so often, especially if you have something important happening in the game. An option for GMs to force all players to refresh would be very helpful. We could use this before a key scene to be 100% sure all players are sync'd and that Soundcloud is working without issues for everyone.

Your suggestion is valid. But have you tried asking on troubleshooting separately? In all the hours I've played on Roll20, I've not yet encountered a situation where multiple people in the group needed to Refresh to fix it. Also by the way, I've never heard that problem in the Bugs forum. Also have not ever heard of a Group Refresh suggested as a solution to any bug on Roll20 from a Dev or Mod. I do use Tokens and Soundcloud, both as GM and Player. At most I've seen one person refresh or reboot their internet: whichever person is lagging on bandwidth or processor power would be the person who's out of sync. Have not heard of any issues where a whole group would be out of sync, other than simply the one or more person(s) who has slower computer or slower internet possibly being behind. Might be something to look into. This comment is just meant to help and give you some ideas.

I've actually encountered quite a few times where some people could hear some other people but not everyone and strange things happened and sometimes refreshing only the person affected wasn't enough - while changing protocolls to force refresh everyone worked like a charm! :) -- This is a hard refresh as well though.

Awesome suggestion, thank you! I will try this in my next game.
