Individual Volume Level Controls on Avatars

Everyone's microphone performance seems to be quite different in the adventure I am currently running. One person's mic is real hot and generates feedback and another person's mic must be from 1980 and I can barely hear them. The other players are mixed in the middle there somewhere. If there was some way to have a volume control for each avatar/player, I could set my perfect mix so I could hear everyone equally well, that would be helpful. The settings should be remembered from session to session as well. I spent a lot of time trying to get people to make changes to their setting so we could hear everyone. Not everyone is technically capable on their machine as I would like and some people just don't understand why the settings need to changed. I think this type of control would skip all the explanations and waste of time getting setup to play.
I have been playing roll20 long enough to remember when this WAS a feature. SO! Please bring it back.
