Hello all, my name is Bryant, and I joined the site a few days ago. After looking for a group, I realized just how hard it is to find a group playing a system you liked, and decided that instead of going the route of the player, I would indeed try to DM a game through this wonderful tool. I really wish to run a campaign spanning from level 1-10, and maybe continue from there. 3 days later, and I have already completed my first module! The tools were easy enough to work with, and I am prepared now to start looking for a group.
There are a total of 5 slots and here is what I am looking for in my players:
1. Please have skype, I will use skype primarily for making sure all of the players are online, and we will use Skype for chat just in case the in game system wants to be funky.
2. Must have a mic. Video is not as important, but a mike is a must.
3. Be free on any day after 7pm PST. Most days in the afternoon I am available, but rarely before 7pm PST. Please post what days you are available and I will try to find the best possible schedule for all players.
4. I am using premade 4e modules for this campaign. If you have played in one, or many, please post which modules you have played.
Now for character creation:
1. All Characters must be shiny and new, starting at level 1. No Exceptions.
2. New Characters will be created using the 22 point buy system.
3. All characters are members of the Shieldbearers of the Nentir Vale. Why did you join the defense of the Vale? Please include this in your backstory.
4. Characters can be created in the official character builder and sent to me as files, or you can send me your character sheets through alternative methods.. I am pretty flexible, as long as the above is provided
5. No Hybrids, sorry
6. All races and classes from PHB1 and PHB2 are allowed, no PHB3 Characters.
7. 100g is available to purchase starting weapons, armor, and any living supplies, this money is provided by the Shieldbearers, and items will be checked before the start of the campaign.
If you made it through all the reading, and like how this campaign sounds. Send me a PM stating you have skype, a mic, and what days you are available. Character creation is not important until we at least start filling slots. I know how hard it is to find a game, so I hope that we can get this thing rolling, and have many great sessions together!
