Suggestion For Turn Order Window

When you have a lot of items in the turn order window it quickly becomes unwieldy for two reasons. 1. You can't edit items already in the list. You can only delete and recreate. 2. When you create a non-token entry it just appears at the bottom of the list. Could it be tweaked so that you can drag and drop it where you want it instead? Also, an option to only allow GM's to see certain entries in the turn order would be very useful. Lastly, the ability to mark a non-token entry as a "Counter". Every time it cycles through the list it either increases by a set number or decreases by that number. (I'm pretty sure this one has been mentioned before).

#2 can already be done. Once an item is in the turn order you can drag it to wherever you want it in the order. Regarding the option to allow GMs to see certain entries, are you referencing Custom Item entries or all entries? Non-custom items can already be hidden from players by placing them on the GM layer. - Gauss
Regarding #2 I know that once it is on the table I can drag it, but it is a pain to have to scroll down to the bottom of the list to move it somewhere else. It would be better to be able to just drag it from the creation window directly to where you want it. For the other option I was referring to Custom Items but are you saying if that if you add a token from the GM layer to the Turn Order it isn't visible to the players? If so, I had no idea it functioned that way (good to know).

Yes, you can add a token from the GM layer to the Turn Order and it will not show up to the players. :) - Gauss
I would like to add to the request on the Turn Order window and ask for the most used sorting (numerical sort) feature to be a button beside the Settings button - rather than having to go into a sub-window. Also an option to change the default type of numerical/alphabetical sort is required - ascending or descending.
