Riley D. said: Are you guys on Dev or Main? Go ahead and give me the link to your Campaign Details page so I can see if this is related to a specific shard. Right now we're not showing any issues so this is very odd. Sorry, I had to go off to work. I have three machines at home, two Windows, and one Linux, that I use constantly to access Roll20. None of them worked (this is to the main server, not dev). I would either get a red disconnected notice or a grey page with nothing loaded. Fast forward to lunch time at work and everything is fine once more. I wrote something about a main ISP that operates in North America, and Australia (the name of which I can't recollect) and they suffer from oversubscribed links often. I've not been hit by a problem caused by them in four or five months, but it has happened in the past. Next time I have this problem I'll check my router times and let you know. Thanks again for your hard work and responsive customer support. Edit, went back and found the post: https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/1205260/major-pe... The ISP involved is Cogent. That was the culprit affecting my games for several weeks a few months back.
